Allocation Process

  1. Allocation Chair is a voting member appointed by President.
     
  2. Four members are Board Members.  Board Members serve one-year term and are appointed by President.
     
  3. Five members are Community Members.  Community Members serve two-year terms and are appointed by Allocation Chair.
     
  4. All members of the Allocation Committee will attend training session.
     
  5. Allocation Committee will be divided into three subgroups.  Each of the subgroups will be responsible for a thrid of the assigned partner agencies and will:

    a) Review the programs of the partner agencies.

    b) Participate in site visits of the partner agencies.
     
  6. Allocation Committee votes using criteria for selection.  Click HERE for Criteria for Admission.
     
  7. Allocation Committee makes recommendation to the Board on allocation and amount of allocation.
     
  8. Board has final vote on allocation process.  They approve, disapprove or modify recommendation of Allocation Committee.
