Child Study Center:

The Child Study Center

Melanie was born four months prematurely, weighing only 1 pound, 2 ounces. She spent three months in the hospital. Now 10 years old, Melanie is being raised by her widowed grandmother, and has suffered many physical, mental, and emotional problems. The Child Study Center provided diagnostic testing and treatment for her many problems. Her grandmother reports that Melanie has made vast improvements in school and at home. She also has all her dental needs taken care of at the Child Study Center’s dental clinic.
